The Queens University of Charlotte Music and Music Therapy faculty have a wealth of knowledge about all things music that we want to share with you! Come get to know us and spend a day in the life of a musician at Queens University this spring by participating in our three exciting webinar events! During these sessions, you will learn about various facets involved with being a musician at Queens, ask current students questions about their experiences, and maybe learn a thing or two from one of our stellar music faculty. Demystifying the Music Theory Placement Exam

We will be discussing what to expect with college level music theory placement exams by going through the dos and don’ts of preparation and testing formats. Any student that is planning to major in a music program must take a music theory placement exam prior to starting school. While this test can feel like there is a lot of pressure riding on a good score, the best thing to do is to try your best and prepare as best as you can.
